When does the turnaround time start and where is my intake form?

Turnaround time begins once we receive your completed intake form and your most recent resume and/or supporting documents.
After checkout, you'll receive an email with your intake form link. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. Email us at info@resumeresort.com if you never received it.

How does your 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee work?

Let’s keep this simple. There is no fine print. This is the entire refund policy.
If you use your new resume for 90 days and still have not landed an interview, we will give you a full refund.

The 90-day period begins on the date the final resume is delivered to the client. All applications must be submitted within this 90-day period to qualify for a refund.

Here is how we define “using your new resume”:

Apply to advertised job postings with your new resume (as we wrote it) for 90 days. This gives companies time to review applications and respond.
Apply to at least 25 advertised jobs that you are qualified for, using your resume in Word format.

You qualify for a refund if:

You have not been invited to any type of interview within 90 days after following the above job search steps.
You let us know within 6 months of receiving your resume that you would like a refund and are prepared to stop using the resume at that time.

What we need to see:

Provide a simple list showing the job titles, employers or platforms, the date applied and posting details of the positions you applied for.
In addition to your application list, we will ask for the exact version of the resume and cover letter you used during your job search. This helps us confirm the documents were not edited after delivery. If they have been altered in any way, the guarantee no longer applies.
We are not asking for anything complicated, only proof that you gave it a real effort.

Which packages are covered by the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee?
The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to Package 2 and Package 3.
Package 1 (ATS formatting only) is excluded, as it does not involve resume research, rewriting, or strategic content development.

We are confident in the resumes we produce and in the process we guide clients through. If the resume does not generate interviews, you should not carry the financial risk.

What could void the guarantee?

If a client requests changes during the revision process that materially alter our recommended structure, keywords, or writing strategy and chooses to proceed against our professional advice, the 90-day guarantee is void.
